In Singapore, 99 Group operates 99.co and SRX.com.sg , while in Indonesia, it operates 99.co/id and Rumah123.com.

We are looking for an experienced CEO Team member to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

"Being in the CEO's Team, you will be an extension - eyes and brains and legs on a normal day. If you are good, you will almost be my body double. On other days, you will have to be the SWAT team to parachute in to resolve a situation with multiple stakeholders, or laser in to execute on an opportunity as a one-man army.” - Wasu, CEO 99 Group Indonesia

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that offers exposure to the inner workings with one of the number 1 brands in Indonesia such as Rumah123? We are looking for a member of the CEO Team, at the 99 Group where you will embark on a journey to become a super-connector and will gain a unique vantage point, working closely with our CEO to understand and shape the company's vision and strategy. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in various functions across the organisation providing you with a learning experience very few other roles can offer!

Your responsibilities will be ever evolving and will include : 

• Research new opportunities
• Business Development with partners
• Structure, design and operate MVPs
• Business Modelling
• Anything else that is closely aligned to what the CEO needs
• Sometimes “Black Ops” to parachute in to own projects end to end
• Sometimes “Swiss Army Knife” to cover gaps in teams and processes

What you need to be/have:

• at least 7 years of relevant experience in product management, growth marketing or consulting (founders/entrepreneurs most welcome)
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• A “can do” attitude with high EQ to connect with all stakeholders
• An analytical nature with a passion to increase efficiency and productivity

To be successful in this role, you will need to thrive in uncertain environments and skillfully navigate through unstructured problems, driving towards tangible outcomes. You must always be one step ahead to anticipate and address challenges before they arise.
