Rural Outpatient Family Medicine | Hawaii - Big Island | 4 Day Work Week

A community-focused medical center on the Big Island of Hawaii is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join a close-knit, mission-driven outpatient practice.

This opportunity offers a balanced clinical schedule, strong on-site support, and the chance to practice medicine for an island community where providers are deeply connected to their patients.

The facility is currently being modernized and expanded to add 5 clinic rooms.

The Position:
-  4-Day work week
-  20 Patients per Day
-  $50,000 in student loan repayment
-  $25,000 relocation assistance
-  EPIC EMR
-  Full benefits package including 38 days off (20 PTO days, 5 CME days, plus 13 holidays), plus 401(k) with 4% employer matching
