Safety Associate

Pay:$24.00 per hour Job description: Safety Associate/Customer Service Ambassador We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Security Guard. In this role, you will serve as a welcoming presence for patrons and employees, providing exceptional customer service, directions, and assistance. This position involves hourly patrols of the client’s campus, which include outdoor areas at night. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently and maintaining vigilance during solo nighttime shifts. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons and employees in a professional and approachable manner. • Monitor Cameras • Provide directions and advice as needed. • Conduct hourly foot patrols of the campus. • Maintain a strong presence and uphold a safe and secure environment. • Act as a Client Ambassador Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time. • No prior security experience is required; training will be provided. • Must have a valid PERC card • Must have a valid High School Diploma or Equivalent and Pass a Background Check • Must have a Valid Drivers License • Employee referral bonuses available • All Applicants should apply to www.sttsecurity.com/employment/application/ STT is an EOE Employer Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
