Our team is a proud partner of one of the largest telecommunications companies in the US, AT&T, and we help drive their revenue growth for sales and business development across the region. We focus primarily on their Internet, Wireless, and Mobile product lines. We assist in sales strategy development, sales implementation, and customer engagement strategies to bolster their brand awareness, customer base, and customer retention. Our sales teams make us stand out with their focus on the sales services that we offer and a dedication to understanding our client’s industry. We are looking for a Sales Advisor who will complement that ideal. As the Sales Advisor, you will be working in person to represent the client and provide a professional and personal sales experience for the customer through meaningful interactions and product demonstrations. The Sales Advisor will develop great relationships with local customers, set and manage customer service expectations, and constantly be encouraged to create new ways to improve and enhance sales initiatives. Sales Advisor Responsibilities: β€’ Conduct sales through working face-to-face with customers and initiating interest in client products and services β€’ Ensure each customer question is met with a thorough and knowledgeable answer to create trust and assist in the sales process β€’ Utilize negotiation and upselling techniques during the sales process when the situation arises β€’ Work with the sales support team to follow up with the customer on shipping/installation dates, and monthly or quarterly promotional deals, and confirm the correct contact information β€’ Monitor industry customer service and sales trends to increase customer retention β€’ Partner with other departments to build on monthly goals, new product features, sales promotions, and customer acquisition targets β€’ Partake in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of individual and Sales Advisor team progress β€’ Document customer feedback effectively to improve customer satisfaction β€’ Follow up with customers to ensure sales satisfaction and enhance relationships by answering any additional questions that may arise Qualifications for the Sales Advisor Position: β€’ Motivation and drive to gain new skills and deliver exceptional customer service β€’ Ability to multi-task and solve problems efficiently with little to no supervision β€’ Professional, friendly, and warm demeanor β€’ Passion for people and exceeding expectation β€’ Strong verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills β€’ Values an exceptional client and consumer experience and is willing to go above and beyond to deliver that β€’ Experience in an entry-level customer support, client representative, or customer service type position Sales Advisor Position Details: β€’ Employment Type: This is a full-time, W-2 employee position β€’ Pay Structure: Commission-based compensation, with an average of $120-$160 earned per new customer enrolled.Typical associates enroll 2-3 new customers per day.This is a commission-only position with no base salary. β€’ Hours:Guaranteed 40-50 hours/week as a full-time position β€’ Work Location:Assigned territories for face-to-face sales environments, plus in-office meetings as needed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $51,899.00 - $60,059.00 per year Shift: β€’ Day shift Work Location: In person
