What You’ll Do • B2B Outreach: Call, email, and visit potential partners (Plumbing, HVAC, Real Estate, and Insurance companies) to establish referral relationships and partnerships. • Sales Support: Follow up with leads, prepare proposals, and track opportunities. • Client Communication: Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for customers in need of restoration services. • Office Administration: Handle scheduling, phone calls, client records, and job documentation. • Team Support: Assist field technicians and management with coordination and customer follow-up.
