Compensation:$37,440 base + guaranteed monthly bonus ($633-$1,500 based on performance) + quarterly bonus

About the Role
We are hiring aCustomer Support Agentto handleinbound customer calls, providing top-tier service to our growing base of casino travelers. Currently, unanswered calls are routed to a third-party call center, and our company goal is toanswer more calls in-house.
This is anideal opportunity for someone who thrives on the phone, enjoys engaging with people, and is excited about helping people book amazing casino travel experiences.
Theprimary focusof this role will be toanswer inbound calls from URComped members and assist with their casino and cruise travel requests. Additional tasks, such as outbound calls to welcome new members, email follow-ups, and promotional outreach, aresecondarybut still important to overall success.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibility:
• Answer inbound calls from URComped membersand provide assistance with travel requests, bookings, and general inquiries.
• Resolve customer questions and concernsefficiently and professionally.
• Guide customers through the URComped process, ensuring they understand how to qualify for and book comped trips.
Additional Responsibilities (Secondary to Answering Calls):
• Welcome new URComped membersvia phone and email, helping them get started.
• Follow up with customersafter trips to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals/repeat bookings.
• Respond to emails and chat inquiriesfrom customers who prefer written communication.
• Promote special events and offersto existing URComped members.
• Work with casino and cruise partnersto confirm and finalize trip reservations.
• Collaborate with managementto identify ways to improve the customer experience and increase bookings.
What We’re Looking For
Strong phone skills– you should be comfortable andenjoy talking on the phonefor most of your workday.
Friendly and engaging personality– customers should feel welcome and appreciated when speaking with you.
Ability to multitask– handling inbound calls while keeping accurate records and following up as needed.
Tech-savvy– comfortable using CRM software, email, and other digital tools (Google Docs, Slack, Gmail, Trio360 CRM).
Strong writing, typing, and communication skills– for follow-ups and responding to inquiries.
Self-motivated and team-oriented– able to work independently but also collaborate with the team.
Qualifications
• Must be 21+ years old
• High school diploma or GED required(Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing a plus)
• 2+ years of successful experience in inside sales, call center, or customer service(if no college degree)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be willing to work some nights/weekends based on business needs
• Ability to relocate to Dallas, TX before starting work (Required)
Work Schedule:
• Tuesday:9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday – Saturday:11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sunday & Monday:Off
Note:Applicants must be able to work this schedule.
