Please [email protected] include your LinkedIn profile and links to the social profiles that you manage/market. - Thank you Sales and Marketing Coordinator Accountability: • Evaluating project inquiries for scope, budget, and alignment with Letter Four’s client profile. • Converting qualified inquiries into active leads by clearly communicating the firm’s design-build value. • Selling the initial evaluation scope of work to appropriate prospects. • Turning over vetted leads to the Project Management team with complete and accurate information. • Representing Letter Four’s services and values with professionalism and enthusiasm. • Ensuring prospects understand the Letter Four process, project flow, and benefits. • Following up with potential clients based on CRM timelines and established workflows. • Managing and updating client and lead information in the company’s system (Notion). • Tracking and documenting lost sales with insight for internal review and improvement. • Maintaining and revising sales templates, communication materials, and intake documents Sales and Marketing Coordinator Authority:Within established budgets, The Sales and Marketing Coordinator has authority to: • Vetting prospective clients for fit and readiness. • Representing Letter Four’s value proposition during client interactions. • Managing CRM updates, client communication flow, and appointment scheduling. • Turning over vetted leads to Project Managers, ensuring continuity and preparedness. General Standards • All company and client materials and information will be held asstrictly confidentialoutside the company. • All client communications will demonstrate team investment in understanding the client perspective, inviting active collaboration and feedback to ensure clarity. • All team members are accountable for working within established systems. When we use the tools at hand, we will get consistent and highest quality results. • We are responsive. All telephone calls, both internal and external, will be returned within one business day and within two hours whenever possible. • Team members will provide staff assistance to others as requested, with a spirit of helpfulness. • We support each other in developing skills and knowledge, training and cross-training others to build capacity in the company. • Employees are encouraged to recommend ideas for the betterment of the company, innovations and improvements within their department and position.
