Sales and Marketing Director

Sales Director / Leasing agent We are looking for experienced professionals in senior housing or luxury leasing sales Salary range: $85k-$90k base plus a bonus structure. Responsibilities: • Increasing occupancy and achieving sales goals • Manage a lead and build great relationships with our referral database • Be responsible for touring community and leading prospects through entire sales process by creating trust, building relationships, and overcoming obstacles. • Events to draw prospects to the community Qualification: • Two or more years of sales background (outside and inside sales preferred) • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Be organized and diligent in following up with prospects • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook We are an equal opportunity employer.
