The marketing manager is responsible for the oversight and maintenance of digital and printed marketing content. They will plan and execute Lambert Stoneworks marketing strategy, including oversight of all advertising and promotional activities. They will assist with website content management as well as the development and creation of all marketing content and collateral.
The marketing manager will be assuring brand continuity among internal and external platforms. This role will work both independently and in collaboration with Lambert Stoneworks ownership to ensure the production and execution of key deliverables.
This position will play a key role in the assembly and preparation of sales materials used for presentations, RFQs, and RFPs for new business. Additional marketing functions will include, but are not limited to: event planning, community involvement, branded staff apparel, etc.
The ideal marketing manager for Lambert Stoneworks will have a background in our industry. However, a possible fit may include marketing professionals from the wider construction or fabrication industries.
This position will travel to worksites and our production facilities to take "in progress" photos or videos, Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail are a must. Copywriting experience in various forms is necessary. Candidates should possess a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc).

Qualifications:
· Strong ability to create and maintain long-term relationships
· Ability to work with people at all levels of client companies or organizations
· Comfortable walking into a group of strangers and building relationships over time
· Strong public speaking skills and ability to design presentations
· Creative in developing appropriate social activities to enhance business relationships
· Ability to analyze opportunities to determine if they are a good fit for Lambert Stoneworks
· Ability to generate leads for business partners
· Ability to understand and help create marketing materials that are needed.
· Articulate in conversation and explanation
· Very good writing skills
· Solid Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook skills
· Demonstrated experience in building successful long-term relationships
· Experience in relational, long sales cycle business development
· Demonstrated ability to work with people at a variety of levels in an organization
· 5-10 years of customer relations or business development experience in mid-sized, entrepreneurial company. Long sales cycle or long customer relationship experience strongly preferred
· College degree preferred but not required
