Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and outgoingSales and Marketing Managerto lead our efforts in growing membership, increasing community engagement, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This person will be responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing—from developing strategic outreach campaigns to training staff on effective sales techniques. A strong focus will also be placed on group sales and birthday party bookings. Key Responsibilities: Sales- • Drive membership, program, and retail sales through strategic outreach, promotions, and lead follow-up. • Develop and grow sales forgroup events, birthday parties, corporate outings, and other private bookings. • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline booking processes and enhance customer experience. • Provide hands-on coaching and training to front desk and fitness staff to improve conversion rates. • Track key sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed monthly goals. Marketing- • Develop and execute marketing plans, including digital campaigns, social media content, newsletters, and print materials. • Promote all offerings—especially group events and parties—across marketing channels to maximize exposure. • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and other creatives to produce engaging content. • Maintain Reach’s online presence and ensure branding consistency across all platforms. Community Outreach- • Build relationships with local schools, businesses, and organizations to expand Reach’s visibility and partnerships. • Represent Reach at community events, expos, and outreach opportunities. • Support and help plan in-house events, promotions, and member appreciation activities. Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably both). • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals, especially in service-based industries. • Experience ingroup sales, event planning, or hospitalityis a strong plus. • Excellent communication skills with a highly outgoing and energetic personality. • Experience training or managing staff in a sales setting is preferred. • Familiarity with the climbing and fitness industry is a bonus. • Proficiency in tools such as email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and social media.
