As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team and help expand our reach to the communities we serve. Position Overview: The Sales and Marketing Representative will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Abundant Hospice by building strong relationships with referral sources, such as physicians, hospitals, and nursing facilities, as well as engaging the community. This individual will be responsible for promoting our hospice services and educating potential referral sources about the benefits of hospice care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationshipswith healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, social workers, case managers, and discharge planners. • Promote Abundant Hospice servicesto referral sources, hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare providers to increase patient referrals. • Identify and pursue new referral opportunitieswithin the community and healthcare industry. • Create and implement marketing strategiesthat increase brand awareness and promote the services offered by Abundant Hospice. • Conduct educational presentationsand in-services to healthcare providers, patients, and families about hospice care and its benefits. • Monitor and analyze market trendsto identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage. • Collaborate with the clinical teamto ensure a smooth transition for new patients referred to hospice care. • Track sales and marketing efforts,including referral patterns, and prepare reports for leadership to evaluate progress toward goals. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the healthcare industry, preferably in hospice or home health care. • Strong knowledge of hospice care and services, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines (preferred). • Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonal skillswith the ability to build strong relationships. • Self-motivated,goal-oriented, and results-driven. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Strong understanding oflocal market dynamicsand healthcare referral networks. • Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
