Key Responsibilities of the Sales Assistant:
• Develop and execute targeted sales and enrollment campaigns face-to-face with local communities in the Los Angeles area.
• Partake in weekly training sessions to build social and interpersonal skillsets required to help any individual in need.
• Collaborate closely with the enrollment team to design impactful solutions that effectively communicate the value of our telecommunications services.
• Conduct in-depth market research to uncover opportunities to assist additional communities in the surrounding territory.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction with all telecommunications services.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on enrollment metrics, sharing insights and collaborating with fellow Sales Assistants and management.
• Eloquently explain all the incentives of the telecommunication services to any individual or family in need of them.
Key Qualifications of the Sales Assistant:
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar entry-level, client-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a background in sales, enrollment or direct customer interaction preferred.
• A proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals, especially in fast-paced or performance-driven environments.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal departments to align strategies and consistently meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• A high school diploma or GED is required; additional training or coursework in sales or telecommunications is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,800.00 per month
