In this structured role, you will serve as the key link between our firm and the community, utilizing a proven engagement process to help residents access essential telecommunications services. Your primary goal will be to build trust and facilitate enrollment in a vital program. As a Full-Time Sales Associate, you will leverage our specialized training to serve as a connection point for the community. Your focus will be on initiating contact, building understanding of the program's benefits, and ensuring a smooth, positive pathway to getting local households enrolled and connected. You’ll also help keep outreach organized by tracking activity and maintaining clean, accurate records. Essential Functions of the Full Time Sales Associate Role • Initiate structured outreach across assigned residential zones to identify client needs and introduce available wireless service options. • Explain service benefits, eligibility criteria, and enrollment steps in clear, everyday language to help clients make informed decisions. • Assist with the application process by guiding clients through required documentation and ensuring all enrollment data is complete and accurate. • Participate in team huddles and campaign reviews to share feedback, monitor progress, and refine outreach strategies. • Track outreach activity and maintain organized client records using mobile tools and company systems to support campaign goals. Education & Experience Needed for the Full Time Sales Associate Role • High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in Communications, Marketing, or Business is a plus. • 1–2 years of experience in outreach, sales, or client engagement preferred; structured internships and community-based project work are also valued. • Comfort using mobile tools to stay organized, track outreach activity, and keep client records clean and up to date. Preferred Skills for the Full Time Sales Associate Role • Proven ability to build trust, explain clearly, and keep interactions friendly without losing focus. • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to outreach, enrollment, and daily execution. • Strong organizational habits for managing schedules, tracking progress, and maintaining clean records under campaign pressure. • Collaborative spirit with a sharp ear for feedback and a team-first attitude that supports shared success. • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a solid grasp of how to navigate assigned zones efficiently.
