What You’ll Achieve in Your First 90 Days • Ensure100% of new inquiriesare responded to quickly and professionally. • Maintainflawless follow-up trackingso no opportunities are missed. • Keep CRM dataaccurate and fully updatedfor all active opportunities. • Streamline the estimate and proposal process forfaster turnaround times. Your Day-to-Day • Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and website forms. • Draft and format professional estimates and proposals. • Maintain a follow-up system to ensure no opportunity slips away. • Keep our CRM up-to-date with client information and interaction notes. • Prepare sales materials, presentations, and documentation for client meetings. • Coordinate with operations and design teams for accurate project details. • Provide regular updates to the sales team on pending estimates and follow-ups. What We’re Looking For • 1–3 yearsof administrative or customer service experience. • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Include the keyword ROX in your first answer to your application linked below • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in afast-pacedenvironment. • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
