Sales Assistant (SAN)

Sales Assistant/Hostess Position Hours of Operation 10:00am to 7:00pm Hunters Ranch - San Antonio Pay $12.00 per hour Work shift - 2 days per week Mon/Tue, Tue/Wed or Wed/Thur. Other work days are available when Sales Consultant is off or on vacation or other local offices. Job Duties include: • Provide customer support for homeowners, potential buyers, inspectors, appraisers, and trade workers. • Provide tours of the Model and Inventory homes in the community • Prepare Brochure Packets featuring floor plans, prices, included features and community information • Make copies and scan financial documents for clients • Make follow-up calls to potential buyers • Open Model home and tidy as needed • Open homes as needed for construction workers and buyers • Update and make copies of price sheets, included features, inventory list and community information • Other duties as requested by supervisor or manager Qualifications – Customer Service skills, Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, must be able to drive and have a valid Driver’s license.
