Your role as a Sales Associate at Square One Enterprise: • Educate customers on our phone and wireless services in a clear, friendly way that highlights the benefits tailored to their needs. • Listen closely and offer solutions—not just sales pitches—to build trust and confidence. • Keep your skills sharp through ongoing Sales Associate training and stay in the know about promotions and product updates. • Handle customer questions and concerns with care, always maintaining professionalism and respect. • Turn new connections into loyal customers, fueling growth for our company and the brands we represent. • Collaborate with Sales Associate team members to share insights and improve sales strategies. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
