Key Responsibilities: • Customer Service Excellence:Greet and assist guests in selecting and purchasing products while providing knowledgeable recommendations tailored to their needs. • Product Knowledge:Stay informed about store inventory, ensuring you can make informed suggestions and guide customers in their purchasing decisions. • Training:Learn essential duties including cashiering, stocking, receiving, and assisting in food and beverage services. This includes cross-training to work as a food runner or order taker. • Physical Tasks:Perform light cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting, to maintain a clean and inviting environment. • Manual Labor:Lift items weighing up to 30 pounds and engage in frequent bending, twisting, and stooping throughout the shift. • Professionalism:Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times while delivering exceptional customer service. • Teamwork:Collaborate with colleagues and foster positive interactions with both customers and team members. Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience:Minimum of two years of experience as a Sales Associate or in a similar customer-facing role. • ID Requirements:Must possess two valid government-issued IDs in excellent condition: • One photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport) • One paper ID (e.g., Social Security card, birth certificate) • Background Check:Ability to pass an FBI fingerprint check for airport security badge clearance. • Transportation:Must have reliable personal transportation; rideshare services (e.g., Uber, Lyft) and public transit are not acceptable for this position. • Schedule Flexibility:Must have full availability, including weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and occasional holidays. Availability for shifts ranging from early mornings to late nights. • Certifications:TABC and food handler certifications are required for this position.
