Sales Associate

We’re known for our caring staff, fast onboarding, and deep ties to the communities we serve. Now, we’re looking for aSales Associatewho enjoys connecting with people, growing relationships, and being out in the community. This isn’t a desk job. You’ll spend your time meeting new people, representing our agency at events, and helping families get the services they need. If you have a background insales, outreach, or relationship-building, this could be a great next step in your career. What You’ll Be Doing • Build relationships with social workers, care managers, and local organizations • Help new clients understand how to get started with care (we’ll train you!) • Support smooth transfers from other agencies and ensure families feel confident and supported • Represent Open Arms at community events and health fairs • Track your outreach and referral progress using simple CRM tools • Collaborate with our office team to ensure timely and smooth service for every new client What We’re Looking For • At least2 years of experience in sales, outreach, or customer engagement • A people person who loves to build connections and follow through • Organized, motivated, and able to manage your own field schedule • Tech-savvy enough to use CRM and basic reporting tools • Reliable transportation for traveling throughout Philadelphia and surrounding counties • Bonus points if you're bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages) What We Offer • Base Pay:$55,000 – $65,000 depending on experience • Bonus:Monthly/Quarterly incentives for hitting referral goals • Benefits: • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) with Company Match • 24 Paid Time Off (PTO) Days + Paid Holidays • Cell Phone & Mileage Reimbursement • Training and growth opportunities within a supportive team Work Environment • Some field based work with time in the office as well • Occasional weekend or evening events may pop up Open Arms Home Careis proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
