Sales Associate

Overview We’re hiring aSales Associateto help us connect with homeowners ready to design and build custom homes, ADUs, additions, and remodels. This role starts in sales, but for the right person, it can evolve into aproject management positionover time. We’re not looking for a traditional salesperson — we’re looking for someone who can earn trust, ask great questions, and represent our values from first conversation to final walk-through.v Responsibilities • Follow up with inbound leads and conduct initial client conversations • Listen closely to client goals and explain our design-build process • Educate clients on timelines, budgets, and expectations • Coordinate initial site visits, take notes/photos, and document client needs • Prepare and present proposals and service agreements • Maintain communication throughout early design and preconstruction • Collaborate with our design and construction team to hand off qualified clients • (Optional/future) Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and on-site coordination What We're Looking For We value character over credentials.
