Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through effective communication, upselling techniques, and maintaining an organized store environment. Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries. - Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet those needs. - Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the shopping experience and increase sales. - Maintain stock levels by weekly checks on designated area of the store. - Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. - Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support. - Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring all customer questions are addressed promptly. -Generate online sales leads -outbound calls Qualifications - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. - Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. - Basic math skills for handling transactions. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. - Familiarity with stock management processes is a plus. - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills related to sales strategies and product knowledge.
