Sales Associate (Base Salary + Commission)

Overview The Commissioner plays a pivotal role in overseeing operations, ensuring that all activities align with organizational goals and standards. This position requires a strong focus oncustomer service and sales, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. The Commissioner will be responsible for fostering relationships, promoting services, and enhancing the overall experience for all participants. Responsibilities • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs • Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product features • Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction • Accurately process sales transactions and maintain sales recor Requirements • bilingual spanish and english is a must • Proven experience in customer service with a strong emphasis on sales skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse groups. • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices is preferred.
