Job Description
Our team specializes in in-person customer engagement and sales for AT&T, connecting customers with industry-leading wireless, internet, and entertainment services.
We are currently seeking motivated, personable, and goal-driven individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. This Sales Associate role is an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced environment, representing a trusted and innovative brand.
As a Sales Associate, you will serve as the face of AT&T in Houston. This Sales Associate role is focused on delivering high-quality customer experiences through in-person interactions, understanding customer needs, and offering customized solutions.
Sales Associate Responsibilities
• Educate customers during in person interactions on AT&T’s products and services, including wireless plans, internet packages, and device options
• Understand and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions
• Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial contact to product/service activation
• Maintain a strong understanding of AT&T offerings and current promotions
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Report activity and performance metrics to team leaders and management
Sales Associate Qualifications & Requirements
• Customer service or sales experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $850.00 - $2,000.00 per week
