Sales Associate- Electronics & Repairs

Part time/full time job available 40hrs/week Where: This position is located inScottsdale AZ, 85259 Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-drivenSales Associateto join our team! This role offers abase salary plus commission, allowing you to earn based on your performance. The ideal candidate will have STRONG sales skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for helping customers. Duties: - Repairing electronics including mobile phones, computers, tablets, game consoles, and more - Greet and engage with customers, providing product recommendations and solutions - Drive sales by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate - Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals - Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately - Maintain store appearance, restock inventory, and assist with merchandising Requirements: - Must be able to handle medium/heavy workload - Must pay fine attention to detail - Must take constructive criticism well - No experience necessary but it definitely helps! Compensation Structure: Base Salary:$14-$16/hr Commission:Earn up to 10% on every sale, withuncapped earning potential Bonus Opportunities:Additional incentives for exceeding sales targets and Google reviews We are looking for hard working ROCK STARS that are ready to join a fun dynamic team!
