Sales Associate / Leasing Agent

We’re currently seeking an energeticSales Associate / Leasing Agentto support one of our multifamily apartment communities,Sienna at Westover Hills. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering excellent service, keeping operations running smoothly, and learning skills in property management. Responsibilities • Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants • Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials • Determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of prospect customers • Confirm rental application data and personal references • Stay knowledgeable of the property market status • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically Skills/Qualifications • Basic working knowledge of leasing practices • Proven working experience as a leasing agent or customer service/sales skills with willingness to learn the property management industry • Proven track of successful sales/customer service record • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Persuasive with marketing and sales skills • Customer service orientated • Ability to work weekends What We Offer: • Competitive base compensation with monthly bonus and commission opportunities • Generous Paid Time Off • 9 Paid Holidays + Your Birthday Off • 401(k) with Company Match (50%, up to 6% of compensation) • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Plans • Company Paid Life Insurance (optional additional coverage available) • STD, LTD, Critical Care, Accident, Hospital, and Legal Plans available • Employee Assistance Program • 20% rental discount (subject to availability) To Apply:Please submit your resume for consideration.
