Responsibilities • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. • Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services. • Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. • Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and promotions. • Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and stocked. • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and improve overall customer experience. • Assist in training new staff members on store policies, procedures, and customer service expectations.
