You’ll support daily store operations, keep things looking great, provide awesome customer and donor experiences, and bring the kind of energy that makes our stores feel like community hubs. What You’ll Do • Open and close the store when management isn’t around — you’ve got it covered • Make sure every shopper, donor, and volunteer feels welcomed and appreciated • Keep the store looking fresh and fabulous by creating stylish, shoppable displays • Follow daily plans — from sales goals to team tasks to special promotions • Help train new staff and volunteers so everyone knows the ropes • Handle donations with care and make sure our inventory flows smoothly • Follow all Housing Works policies, procedures, and standards • Bring your ideas!
