FLO EV Charging presents an incredible opportunity to become a trailblazer within our pioneering Channel Development team, spearheading the launch of new residential charging stations across the USA and Canada.

ROLE AND TEAM

We're on the lookout for a savvy Sales Channel Development Manager to forge a robust empire of partnerships with key sales channels for FLO Home products. Given the freshness of our Channel Development team, this role presents a unique opportunity for you to make a significant impact.

LOCATION AND REMOTE WORK

USA, ideally within the EST time zone, no matter where you're located!

This position is remote, allowing you to work from any city in USA.

WHAT AWAITS YOU IN THIS POSITION

Channel Network Expansion: Revolutionize our channel network by pinpointing, targeting, and onboarding the perfect partners to smash sell-through targets and rock our residential segment's objectives.

Relationship Mastery: Forge unbreakable bonds with our current and future channel partners, diving deep into their needs and aligning them seamlessly with our stellar residential product lineup. These relationships will be our superpower to: • Ignite FLO's marketing campaigns, driving our business goals forward. • Extract game-changing insights, constantly fine-tuning our strategies for optimal sell-through.

Deal Negotiation: Unleash your negotiation prowess! Secure killer contracts, prices, and terms with partners, ensuring wins all around while turbocharging FLO's revenue, market share, and gross margins.

Team Fusion: Join forces with our sales, marketing, strategy, and product development teams! Empower channel partners with support, incentives, and top-notch training to skyrocket FLO's success. You'll also team up with Sales Ops to forecast major account sales.

Objectives: Surpass sales and profitability targets, and triumph in acquiring new channel partners (both online and brick&mortar retail) to supercharge our growth.

Market Maestro: Stay one step ahead! Keep your finger on the industry pulse, stay informed about industry trends, and decode market dynamics to craft killer sales strategies and product positions that dominate.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Proven track record in booking deals with big-league retailers or channel partners in consumer products.

In an ideal world, we're seeking a wizard with 7+ years of experience and an extensive network to bring along on this journey.

A relevant university/college degree-the cherry on top of your superhero suit

Familiarity with EDI and 3PL-sailing smoothly through transaction seas

All these soft skills -Thriving on self-motivation, excelling in strong collaboration and teamwork, and wielding masterful negotiation and communication skills to turn challenges into triumphs and teamwork into superpowered success.
