Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamicSales Consultant/Sales Associatewith exceptional closing skills and a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate is confident, goal-driven, and thrives in a high-end, results-oriented environment. A background in aesthetics or wellness is a plus, but the true requirement is an undeniable talent for selling — someone who knows how to connect, influence, and convert. Responsibilities: • Convert consultations and inquiries into booked treatments and long-term clients • Proactively follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to maximize conversions • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals • Deliver an exceptional client experience through product knowledge and personalized recommendations • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals • Maintain accurate lead tracking, reporting, and performance metrics • Collaborate closely with the provider and front-desk teams to ensure a seamless client journey Qualifications: • 5+ years of proven, high-level sales experience(luxury retail, automotive, real estate, medical, or service-based industries preferred) • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Confident, polished, and professional presence • Highly motivated, competitive, and performance-driven • Knowledge or interest in aesthetics, skincare, or wellness is a plus but not required Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive hourly base pay plusuncapped commission and performance bonuses • Employee discounts on services and skincare • Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities • Positive, supportive, and high-energy team culture Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Projected Total Compensation: $893.05 - $1,500.00 per week Expected hours: 20 per week Experience: • sales: 5 years (Required) Ability to Commute: • Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
