Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients at our hair restoration and plastic surgery division, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, coordination of surgeries and coordination of after-care, ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and procedure knowledge.
Duties
• Conduct phone or in-person consultations to explain services and benefits to potential clients.
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
• Utilize retail sales techniques, including upselling, to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring all questions are answered promptly.
Skills
• Ability to learn ever evolving services mix in the med spa, hair restoration and plastic surgery landscape.
• Proven experience in sales, patient coordination or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong ability to conduct product demos effectively, highlighting key features that meet customer needs.
• Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales volume.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally.
• Ability to handle cash responsibly while maintaining accurate records of transactions.
• Leadership skills for supervising team members and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Compensation: Base plus commission
