Your job is to guide them through the process, present smart options, and help them make the right investment for their home comfort. HVAC experience is not required, we will train you for success~ This is acommission-onlyrole—perfect for high-performers who want real earning potential without a cap. What You'll Be Doing: • Building rapport with customers in their homes • Performing simple assessments of HVAC needs • Must be comfortable getting in attics to take measurements • Presenting system options clearly and confidently • Closing deals on the spot using proven sales techniques • Following up as needed to maintain customer relationships Requirements: • 3+ years of proven sales experience • Strong understanding of sales psychology, customer service, and closing techniques • Comfortable working evenings and Saturday’s to meet with homeowners • Professional, reliable, and self-motivated • Valid driver’s license and clean background What You’ll Get: • Sales Associates currently achieving $100k+ • Supportive team culture—we set you up to succeed • Leads provided—we invest in marketing so you can focus on closing • We provide a company vehicle and cell phone.
