Position Summary
GRAVITI ENERGY is hiring motivated and passionate Sales Consultants in the rapidly growing EV Charging Infrastructure Market. You will be responsible for generating new sales leads and closing contracts in strategic market verticals: Multi-unit residential, Hospitality, Fleet, Retail/C-Store, Commercial and Industrial. Individual may focus on one market vertical, but should also be flexible to cross-sell across verticals to generate sales revenue.
Job Description
As a valued Sales Consultant in the EV Charging Infrastructure market, the individual will research for new leads, make connections, create/send proposals, and close sales to generate substantial revenue. You will also play an important role in expanding Graviti Energy’s sales in your dedicated market vertical. The successful candidate will identify well-qualified prospects and drive the sales of EV Charging stations, construction, installation, and software into strategic market verticals.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience selling into our strategic markets:
• Hospitality industry inclusive of Hotels and Property Management Companies
• Multi-Family Accommodations such as rental apartment buildings, high-rise condominiums, condominium associations, property management companies, commercial real estate, multifamily real estate, and developers.
• Gas Stations/ Truck Stops/C-Stores
• Commercial & Retail Real Estate, retail shopping centers, car dealerships, medical facilities, event facilities, education K-12, government, industrial.
• Corporate and Commercial Fleets

We’re looking for motivated and networked industry professional eager to make a name in a rapidly growing EV Charging space. This role requires good connections into the vertical market segments, as you will be required to leverage existing connections whilst making new ones to generate sales.
Key Duties
• Work closely with GRAVITI ENERGY Leadership to get up to speed on strategic market focus and our turnkey EV Charging Infrastructure Solutions.
• Identify target sub-markets and prepare sales plan.
• Identify well-qualified prospects in strategic market verticals: Multi-family Accommodations, Hospitality, C-Store/Gas Stations, Corporate, Govt and Industrial.
• Leverage multiple means such as Social Media, LinkedIn, Cold-Calling etc to establish presence and connections. Identify key target accounts, and scope out key decision-makers (C-Level, VP level and other Strategic Procurement). Establish contacts, prepare sales pitch/materials and close sales.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations for prospective customers
• Regularly Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Sales Incentives are considered, for candidates meeting/exceeding targets.
• Establish and grow long-term customer relationships through exceptional post-sales support and service.
• Good level of communication skills and the ability to communicate frequently across the different industry clients.
• Proven track record of successful technical and consultative sales performance.
• Self-starter with the ability to organize and prioritize sales efforts for maximum effectiveness. Willingness to work very hard in a new, highly competitive industry to achieve sales targets.
• Attends local and national EV Charging industry trade shows and events.
• Enters and tracks all proposal activity in CRM tools such as Zoho.
• Previous experience of selling EV charging equipment, or in e-mobility a great asset.
• Exceptional ability to connect with high-level decision-makers and convey confidence and credibility in representing Graviti Energy EV Charging Solutions
Requirements :
• Prior experience selling to Strategic Market Verticals is important. These markets include: Multi-Family, C-Store/Gas Station, Hospitality, Commercial/Retail , Corporate and Commercial Fleets.
• Develop a good understanding of Graviti Energy EV charging Solutions
• 2 to 5 years of work experience in outside direct sales or B2B sales.
• Ability to maintain and Report Sales Pipeline in tools such as Zoho.
