Who You Are:

As the Sales Coordinator, your pivotal role involves seamlessly coordinating the collection and meticulous review of essential documents from our proficient team of Sales Managers. These documents are crucial for submission to underwriting, facilitating the intricate process of securing healthcare pricing. Additionally, you will adeptly capture the prospect's existing healthcare pricing in our comprehensive proposal workbook, while diligently inputting Workers Compensation and State Unemployment details for accurate pricing assessments.

Your responsibilities extend to ensuring the timely dispatch of final documents via DocuSign to our valued clients, thereby streamlining the entire process with efficiency and precision. By meticulously handling these tasks, you directly contribute to the Sales Managers' pursuit of meeting and exceeding their new business quota, thereby fostering our collective success.

What You'll Do:

Supporting the Sales Manager in meticulously preparing data for submission to Underwriting and Risk involves a series of crucial steps aimed at ensuring accuracy and efficiency:

  • Facilitate the gathering and verification of all required documents, leaving no room for oversight or omission.
  • Scrutinize census data to ensure alignment with invoiced information, guaranteeing precision in our submissions.
  • Skillfully compile the workbook proposal, incorporating the latest updates and data for a comprehensive overview.
  • Execute the submission process to Underwriting promptly and flawlessly, maintaining our commitment to timeliness and professionalism.
  • Input Workers Compensation codes by State and Salary into Salesforce (SFDC) with precision, a fundamental aspect of accurate pricing determination.
  • Monitor submission status diligently, swiftly addressing any errors or discrepancies that may arise to uphold our standards of excellence.

In preparing final documents for client signature via DocuSign, attention to detail is paramount:

  • Verify the correctness of all provided data, ensuring a seamless and error-free process for our clients.
  • Dispatch a standard welcome letter to the client, outlining the forthcoming steps and setting clear expectations.
  • Transmit all contract documents securely through DocuSign, prioritizing efficiency and convenience for our clients.
  • Upon receipt of signed documents, promptly communicate all pertinent information to the appropriate internal departments, facilitating smooth transition and execution.

  • Maintain a 99% clean submission ratio, ensuring accuracy and reliability in our proposals to clients.
  • Uphold our commitment to expedience by consistently receiving health pricing back within 24 hours, demonstrating our responsiveness and dedication.
  • Continuously assess and implement operational efficiencies to optimize our processes and enhance overall performance.
  • Foster an open and collaborative relationship with your Sales Managers and their director, facilitating effective communication and alignment of goals.
  • Achieve and sustain 100% error-free DocuSign submissions, safeguarding the integrity of our documentation and client interactions.

What You Bring:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, showcasing advanced skills in data manipulation and analysis.
  • Knowledge of healthcare benefits is highly desirable, providing a valuable foundation for understanding industry-specific nuances.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous, offering insights into streamlined CRM processes and data management.
  • Exemplary organizational skills, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in handling complex tasks and multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments, maintaining composure and effectiveness even during high-pressure situations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, guaranteeing precision in all aspects of work and deliverables.
  • Strong determination to uphold target deal margins, demonstrating resilience and resourcefulness in negotiations and decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, or Economics preferred providing a solid academic foundation for strategic business understanding.
  • Experience collaborating with sales managers, leaders, and cross-departmental teams, fostering effective communication and synergy across the organization.
