• 按照规范流程，面向客户提供准确、迅速、全面的服务，并做好记录
• 接听客户投诉、做好详细记录及时反馈给相关部门
• 处理客户的问题或者将问题反馈到相关部门并协助处理客户问题
• 负责各类统计报表的制作与维护
• 及时处理各类邮件并准确快速作出回复
• 准确快速处理渠道订单
