Auburn Hills, MI location is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you network and maintain positive relationships with customers to promote Continental Surface Solutions interests in both the N.A. region and globally.

THE POSITION• Assisting the Key Account Manager for sales related activities of the serial production.• Support and coordination of the serial supply of our customers• Manage all aspects of trial batch planning, scheduling, and delivery, including customer demands, logistic coordination, and internal and external communication• Management of customer complaints• Maintenance of prices and conditions in IT systems• Management of customer accounts and follow-up on past dues• Process POs, Invoice shipments and manage spare parts.• Provide data analyses on our customer requirements• Supports the KAM in all acquisition activities for the respective Tier-1 Automotive customers• Management of ordered and obsoleted material with our customers• Manage discussion and evaluation of customer forecast• Support Sales and/or Project Leader in creation of customer quotation prices, offers and business plans, administrative jobs, and other such tasks.• Communication of customer demands to project management and KAM team• Support the operation on 1st escalation level - if needed

Job Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Finance• Internships and or 1 + years of experience in sales support role • Understanding credits and debits related to accounting. • Strong customer service skills• Good Microsoft Office skills • Strong analytical skills• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
