Job Summary: Nutrifaster (a SeaCast company) is a family owned & operated business that is committed to promoting healthy lifestyles by manufacturing juicers that provide fresh, pure and natural nutrition. The family has been manufacturing commercial juicers in the Seattle, Washington area since 1994, which includes supporting a variety of juicers that have been on the market for approximately 40 years. Our company is currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to carry out various tasks in our manufacturing facility. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to clearly understand customer needs and explain solutions effectively. Sales & BizDev Skills:Experience reaching out to perspective customers and effectively communicating the value proposition of B to B products. Active listening:Paying close attention to customer concerns and questions to fully comprehend their issues. Problem-solving skills: Analyzing customer problems, identifying solutions, and implementing them efficiently Professionalism: Maintaining a polite and respectful demeanor at all times. Time management: Effectively managing customer interactions to provide timely assistance. Computer literacy: Familiarity with necessary software systems to access customer information and process requests.
