We are seeking aSales Data Analystβto enable scalable, data-driven growth at 7th Level.
This role is critical to our success, as it bridges the sales and marketing data to our strategy and daily operations. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop data dashboards and reports solutions that support our strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Analyzing sales data:Reviewing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and patterns that inform decision-making processes.
β’ Preparing sales forecasts:Develops accurate and data-driven sales forecasts to guide strategic planning and resource allocation across departments.
β’ Creating sales reports:Designing detailed sales reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Excel to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance metrics.
β’ Supporting the sales team:Collaborates with the sales team to enhance processes, refine strategies, and achieve sales goals effectively.
β’ Evaluating market trends:Conducts in-depth market research and analysis to ensure sales strategies align with evolving customer needs and market conditions.
β’ Monitoring pricing strategies:Assess pricing models and profitability, providing recommendations to optimize revenue generation.
β’ Optimizing CRM systems:Leverage CRM tools to improve customer relationship management and ensure seamless tracking of sales activities.
β’ Collaborating with stakeholders:Work with stakeholders across departments to align sales initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
β’ Providing actionable insights:Deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders, aiding in strategic decisions that improve sales performance and drive business growth.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field or equivalent experience.
β’ 3+ years of experience analyzing experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
β’ 3+ years experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
β’ 2+ years experience in a sales or SAaS organization
β’ 2+ years experience pulling data from a CRM
β’ Proficiency with data analysis tools, including Matlab, Excel, CRM platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau
β’ Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
β’ Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex data
β’ Strong ability at identifying issues and recommending effective solutions.
β’ Strong mathematical skills
β’ Expert attention to detail
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities
β’ Fluent in English reading and writing
Good to Have:
β’ Certifications in data analysis or CRM platforms are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
