About the Role: Audien Hearing is seeking a highly analytical and organizedSales Data Analyst & Administrative Supportprofessional to join our fast-paced Sales team. This role will support sales operations by analyzing performance metrics, managing campaigns in Convoso, and assisting the Sales Director with administrative needs. The ideal candidate is an Excel power user, understands sales KPIs, and thrives in a data-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and performance reports to track sales metrics, agent productivity, and campaign ROI. • Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions (Power Query, PivotTables, VBA/macros) to uncover actionable insights. • Support daily operations of Convoso: create/edit campaigns, optimize dialing strategies, manage lead lists, and monitor performance. • Work closely with the Sales Director to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth. • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, report preparation, and campaign coordination. • Present findings to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, including executives and third-party vendors. Qualifications: • 3+ years in a sales analytics, business intelligence, or operations support role. • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, VBA/macros, advanced formulas). • Strong understanding of outbound sales metrics and reporting. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Preferred:Experience using Convoso or similar outbound dialer platforms (e.g., Five9, VanillaSoft).
