In order to continue our growth, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) supporting a newly acquired product! Key Responsibilities:

  • Using software tools available to you, locate potential clients and specific contact points within those accounts
  • Work with the sales team to identify key prospect targets within their territories
  • After contacts for various prospects are identified, your main daily tasks will be calling, emailing and messaging these contacts through our Salesforce sales cadences and campaigns, with the ultimate task of setting a formal sales meeting with them
  • Following up with anyone who reaches out to Neostella via phone, email or the Neostella website
  • Building and designing email templates that will be sent to prospective clients
  • Providing feedback and ideas for new messaging and marketing collateral to send to prospects
  • Helping other Neostella employees with tasks or projects they are working on regarding prospecting efforts
  • Attend various department and company meetings
  • Regular check-ins with the sales team through messaging, email and video calls

Requirements

  • Sales experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and trust during the initial touchpoints with a prospect
  • Need to have thick skin and must be able to handle rejection and keep coming!
  • High level writing skills
  • Ability to craft strategic messages that will catch the eye of potential clients
  • A basic understanding of computer technology/software/programming
  • Ability to learn new technologies and sales concepts quickly and thoroughly
