Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll maintain engagement with new and existing leads, scheduling demos for our incredible sales team! The rewards are endless for anyone willing to earn it and in-depth training will be provided by some of the best talent in the sales industry!

We are just getting started, we have already achieved greatness, but we need more rockstars!

Pay: $41,600-$62,400 Base Pay + UNCAPPED Commissions. Base increase based on performance only, tenure is not relevant!

Must be able to come to the McKinney office Monday-Friday. We are not offering remote work currently.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with prospects by making a high volume of daily outbound cold calls (we provide you with thousands of prospects, as well as cutting-edge sales automation tools to help you get to the top of your game)
• Understand the fundamentals of our services and features
• Work with Account Executives to identify prospective client's goals and ensure our services meet their needs

• Confident on the phone with great communication skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, efficient, and have a fantastic work ethic
