About the Job
If you are an experienced outbound prospecting professional with the drive to embrace a growth stage startup with an exciting product, then this is the role for you. We want someone capable of initiating the sales process and being a key contributor on a high-performing inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be self-directed requiring minimal supervision, have strong communication skills, a bias towards action, and strong experience generating initial meetings for inside sales reps.

Job description:
- Perform cold outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn to buyers at public and private golf courses, racquet clubs and other sports related clubs and facilities.
- Leverage research and initial conversations to drive interest with buyers and set meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain consistent sustained effort in a high velocity sales environment.
- Effectively position the company, its products and services during outbound calls, emails and other communication strategies.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 1 year outbound B2B prospecting experience with strong track record of achieving results (30+ meetings monthly)
- Experience with G-Suite, Hubspot, LinkedIn and other software tools
- Working knowledge of golf, tennis, and other club sports
Ideal candidate qualities:
- Exceeded quota in at least 2 of the last 4 quarters in an outbound prospecting role.
- Learns quickly and adapts to different buyer needs (different types of clubs, different personas within each club)
- Strong conversational skills and able to turn a “maybe” into a “yes” by asking great questions, understanding buyer pain, and proactively suggesting next steps
- Experience working or selling in golf, tennis or private club industry a plus
