Job Overview

The Sales Enablement Manager provides Buyer Growth with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success in their demand generation efforts. Partnering with the leadership team and broader sales readiness team, the sales enablement manager will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the top of the funnel sales engagement process. They will drive cadence adherence, effectiveness and develop successful messaging for the buyer growth team. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration. This person will report directly into the Director, Sales Development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess the enablement program.
  • Oversee end-to-end performance of current and new enablement initiatives to determine what works well and what doesn't.
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with key stakeholders.
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Build a trusted relationship with the buyer growth representatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, sales readiness marketing, demand generation and product teams.
  • Gather insights and collaborate to execute initiatives that improve upon existing top of the funnel processes.
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for buyer growth.
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training.
  • Facilitate content creation and use with our sales engagement platform (SalesLoft)
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy.
  • Evaluate metrics and KPIs to drive business impact and continuous improvement in buyer growth.
  • Product Training - proficient in understanding most of our main accounting systems we integrate with
  • Consistent enablement around product updates, new integrations and learning refresher courses each quarter.
  • Knowledge or skill gaps across the buyer growth team
  • Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities needed for the team.
  • SalesLoft cadence hygiene
  • Proficient in teaching all tools.
  • Managing SharePoint documents folder and keeping everything up to date
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • 2+ years' experience in a high-performance B2B sales organization in sales, demand generation, enablement, or learning and development.
  • Has previous experience in a quota-carrying role (e.g., BDR, SDR, AE, AM)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies and technologies in the sales enablement and revenue-facing roles
  • Experience writing demand generation emails for sales development teams.
  • Data-driven - Evaluate the results of onboarding, reinforcement trainings and sales cadences to improve future iterations.
  • Tech-Savvy - support our content management system (CMS) and client relationship management (CRM) tools. (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Sendoso, Demandbase, Oktopost, Uberflip, Zoominfo, Sharepoint, Consensus, etc.)
  • Organized to drive their projects and initiatives to oversee their execution.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with the buyer's journey to prime revenue facing teams with tools, knowledge, and content.
  • A strong understanding of the sales and demand generation environment, including sales content, tools and training.
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing.
