Location: Austin, TX required, this is a hybrid role

As part of the SailPoint Revenue Enablement team, the Sales Enablement Specialist will partner with stakeholders to assess, create, and deliver high quality, engaging, and innovative learning. They will research, manage, and evaluate courses, curriculum, and deliverables within the scope of the role. This position will also support and deliver on various Sales Enablement programs, playing a pivotal role in their success. A wide degree of creativity, positivity, and self-motivation is expected and encouraged.
Within 1 month:
You will familiarize yourself with the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, methodologies, and sales motions while interacting with sales teams. You'll get up to speed with self-paced learning and in-person training while meeting the product marketing and sales leadership teams.
Within 3 months:
You will contribute to the creation of content, concepts, and storyboarding for eLearning, as well as complete the sales enablement training.
Within 6 months:
You will have established a rhythm on the team and contributing autonomously in the creation of the enablement program.
Within 1 year:
You will be facilitating live and virtual enablement events and have the opportunity to own new programs while contributing new creative ideas to enablement company wide.

Education:
Bachelor's or global equivalent experience, degree in Sales Enablement, Instructional Design, or Educational Technology, or in Communication, Business, Education, Marketing, or Sales-related field, with a high degree of maturity and advanced skills is preferred. Higher education in these fields will lend to greater success in this role.

Responsibilities of the Sales Enablement Specialist:
- Assist in the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of enablement curriculum and eLearning content
- Contribute to improving how we design learning experiences and learn about emerging trends in the adult learning experience and sales methodology
- Recommend and deploy engaging and interactive learning solutions
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs
- Create relevant, valuable content that aligns with organizational and departmental goals
- Apply advanced adult learning theories as well as accessibility into practical application
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance retention and adoption of learning objectives
- Devise modes of assessments and knowledge checks to measure training effectiveness
- Facilitation (virtual and in-person) and delivery of ongoing enablement
Skills and attributes of the Sales Enablement Specialist:
- Minimum of 2 years experience with similar responsibilities
- Highly proficient in facilitation / front-of-room delivery
- Industry-specific knowledge and/or success in a complex sales role
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience with sales methodologies and/or implementation of a methodology in a previous role, i.e., Challenger, Command of the Message, SPIN Selling, etc.
- Proficiency with one or more of the industry standard eLearning authoring and design software and practices, i.e., Adobe Creative Suite, Storyline, Camtasia, etc.
- Visual design skills (i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) and ability to storyboard
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and highly proficient in PowerPoint
- Strong project management skills to achieve design target timelines
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment with multiple priorities
- High proficiency in business acumen and comfortable receiving feedback
- Collaborative and able to work well with cross-functional teams, while also able to confidently work independently
Education:
