Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and drive customer satisfaction. This role involves setting strategic sales goals, monitoring performance, coaching team members, and fostering strong client relationships. The Sales Manager collaborates closely with the operations team to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives. Success in this position requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability create growth in a competitive environment.

Compensation:
• $76,513 – $91,595

Essential Functions:
· Follow up on qualified leads and opportunities to grow our catering security business.
· Develop proformas, proposals, and supporting financial models for new and existing opportunities.
· Negotiate and support contract terms in line with company objectives.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships with airlines and airport stakeholders.
· Participate in RFPs, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive submissions.
· Facilitate billing processes and support revenue assurance by coordinating with Accounting to ensure accurate invoicing, auditing, and reconciliation of contract pricing and revenue.
· Maintain and update the company’s Master Price List (MPL) to reflect current contractual rates and wage adjustments.
· Update and maintain CRM with accurate sales activity, lead status, and customer information.
· Facilitate communication across Operations, Accounting, and HR to support contract implementation, pricing changes, and service delivery.
· Prepare and deliver professional presentations for customers and leadership.
· Collaborate effectively with internal teams across operations, finance, and HR.
· Assist with the creation of marketing as needed.
· Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies.
· Provide contract support, including reviews, redlining, and compliance with company practices.
· Represent the company at select industry events and conferences as required.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
· Valid identification to establish identity and proof of authorization to work in the United States
· Must pass comprehensive background check process in compliance with federal and regulatory guidelines

· Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
· Well organized and capable of managing multiple tasks to completion simultaneously
· Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail
· Work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.
· Interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written through all levels of an internal or external organization
· Safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA and federal, state and local standards
· Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA and federal, state and local standards
Minimum and Preferred Education & Desirable
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
· A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in airport security, aviation services, or related fields.
· Experience with contract bidding, analysis, and maintenance preferred.
· Familiarity with TSA and airline regulatory environments is a plus.
· Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
