Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to manage sales operations and promotion of key accounts in the sales region/territory. Role requires development and implementation of territory selling strategies to secure sales growth consistent with corporate business’ Annual Operating Plan. Establish sales region/territory strategic plan to achieve “customer win” goals.
Essential Functions:
Duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
• Achieve objectives for revenue growth, spending budgets and other objectives as determined by Senior Management. Weekly progress report required.
• Provides Local Market research and Marketing support to HQ & Taiwan Team
• Delivers New product launch and technical support to customers.
• Responsible for the Relationship Management of Manufacturer Reps/ Distributors
• Supports direct account customers’ related PO release, shipment notice and samples request.
• Provides CRM Portal support for Sample request, Quote request & Price List approval, RMA.
• Prepare an annual operating plan for submission for Sales based on projected market conditions, customer status and product availability.
• Manage the timely communication of business level activity forecasting and reporting as required in the normal course of business or as directed by management.
• Work closely with the Marketing department to identify and assess new opportunities for existing products as well as opportunities for new product development.
• Develop, establish, and direct business to business relationships.
• Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding the company's customer base.
• Attend trade shows and /or professional events to stay abreast of industry trends and interact with potential and existing customers.

• Knowledge and experience of establishing sales representatives and distributor networks is a prerequisite.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• BS in Sales or Marketing or related business field and a minimum of 15 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a sales management capacity.
• Experience in managing independent selling channels.
• Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor processes is required.
• Prior experience managing large accounts (10+ years)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
