Back then, services, hand holding, customization, and consulting were necessary to get the systems to where they are today. What was the first massive burst in productivity from technology has stagnated into incremental diminishing returns and exponentially increasing complexity. We can only continue to add complexity for so much longer until the whole system collapses.

Who you are

  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing SDR's and junior Account Executive
  • Can work in chaos and live in uncertainty
  • Naturally curious
  • Data-driven
  • Motivate and lead the sales team to exceed their quota targets in pipeline generation
  • Enthusiastic leader with the ability to inspire others
  • Familiar with sales productivity tools: Salesforce, Gong Engage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, along with rolling out new sales efficiency tools
  • Experience building inbound & outbound best practices
  • Openly give and receive coaching
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team
