Sales Manager - San Francisco

Ada Diamonds is an online custom fine jeweler and the leading luxury retailer of lab diamonds. Our unique online Concierge model combines the ease, transparency, and flexibility of an online retailer with the high-touch, client-focused model of a private jeweler.

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing your own accounts and ensuring Ada’s clients receive the highest level of customer service
• Working with multiple Ada Diamonds team members in design, production, inventory, and operations to deliver a seamless client experience
• Conducting thorough quality control inspections on diamonds 
• Assisting with the photography and videoing of diamonds and jewelry for your clients
• Opening/Closing the showroom for client appointments
• Keyholder and safe access 

Required Qualifications:

• Bay Area resident
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in luxury goods
• Ability to be managed remotely and be part of an autonomous team
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Gmail, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office products 
• Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies and workflows

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working with diamonds and luxury goods
• Proficient or experience with Salesforce, Asana, Slack, Instagram

Logistics & Compensation:

• Full-time role
• No travel required
• Based out of Ada’s SF location
• Typical hours are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Tuesday - Friday with occasional evening and weekend client appointments. Monday WFH with flexible hours.
