We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will supporting Air Springs After Market sales. You will be situated in our warehouse supporting our sales team.

Core Responsibilities • Give administrative support to the sales managers area of USA and Canada• Interfacing with customers and warehouse associates for deliveries and shipment to our customers • Assisting with invoicing and working with accounting take of debit and credits. • Handle customer relationship management on operational level• Provide data analyses on our customer requirements• Supports sales in all acquisition activities for the respective customers

Job Requirements

Basic qualifications • HS Diploma and 2+ years' experience in Sales support and understanding on warehouse operations • Advanced knowledge of MS office suite including, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.• Ability to work alone and a self-starter• Knowledge of SAP• Comfortable interfacing with clients• Basic product manufacturing knowledge• Good ISO14001 Knowledge and understanding• Full availability to travel (Primarily Mexico)

Preferred Qualifications • Bachelors' degree in Business or related field • Fluent in Spanish
