Our core customer pipeline consists of churches, K-12 private schools, Christian higher education, and faith-based nonprofits. But with critical mass in the market, we have now seen an incredible increase in demand among the private sector and small businesses.

Remodel Health is looking for a proactive, positive self-starter and team player. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support on various projects for the Sales team and other Departments. Your role will include expertise in our Remodel Health Software platform and its evolving features. The Sales Operations Analyst will report to the Director of Sales Operations who will help provide direction in response to the needs of the Account Executives.

Primary Duties:

  • Provide project-based support for Account Executives
  • Provide analysis on the health insurance marketplace and medical data
  • Drive to continually improve our internal processes
  • Utilize project management skills to ensure the accurate completion of projects
  • Manage multiple projects at a time in support of sales and implementation initiatives
  • Ensure the accurate storage of data within the Remodel Health software platform
  • Communicate with the Product team on the current software updates and features
  • Maintain an organized marketing repository on Google Drive

Experience and Skills: 

  • Time management skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • A proactive attitude. Willing to identify gaps and create solutions for internal processes
  • Ability to learn new things quickly
  • Willingness to work with other internal team members effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to display exceptional customer service skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Previous experience in sales or high-traffic operations environment
  • Background experience in health insurance is a plus, but not required
  • Data analysis understanding is a plus
