Job Description

The Sales Operations Manager at Arc XP is a key role tasked with driving data excellence in our Salesforce instance, organizing lead data for salespeople, and managing key sales processes. This position, reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations and closely collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams, focuses on assisting salespeople with deal flow and keeping our sales customer and pipeline data clean. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge and experience with data tools such as Dataloader or DemandTools and have experience supporting the Deal Desk.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct complex and detailed analyses based on an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Perform prospecting efforts to identify, upload, and assign companies and contacts that align with our ideal customer profile (ICP) using 6Sense and similar tools.
  • Lead the charge in managing data hygiene in Salesforce including keeping the pipeline up-to-date and accurate in collaboration with the opportunity owners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our go-to-market (GTM) field teams by understanding and addressing their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team on the lead flow process.
  • Support the GTM field team by implementing effective and scalable sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Degree in an analytic field such as Finance, Operations, Engineering or general business.
  • 8+ years in an analytic role supporting Sales or an MBA with an analytical focus.
  • Effective communicator with experience supporting all GTM roles with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Independently evaluate issues and recommend solutions/best practices. Solve complex problems; take a broad business perspective to identify solutions.
  • Experience with managing data in Salesforce.
  • Effective in a remote working environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and customer-focused support. Able to work independently.
