Sales Performance Management Consultant

Were looking for a consultant with 2-3 years of experience ideally in consulting or implementation to join our team. Youre client-focused tech-savvy and ready to deliver exceptional solutions as part of a rapidly growing company. Strong communication skills and fluent English are essential.

In This Role You Will:

• Provide regular status updates to the Technical/Project Lead and the client.

• Gather client requirements in collaboration with the Project Lead.

• Design and customize solutions to meet client needs following best practices.

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) advising implementing testing and training clients.

• Create documentation and participate in project meetings.

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure the solution meets specifications.

What You Bring:

• 2-3 years of experience in finance consulting or implementation.

• Strong knowledge of databases SQL and expertise in MS Excel.

• Confidence in speaking and presenting in customer settings.

• A technical client-oriented focus with motivation to deliver quality results.

• Education in IT Engineering or Finance preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
